Job summary:

Mobility Tax (GlobalEquity Services)

As a member of the Global Equity Services team you will join a talented group of professionals that provide small, midsize and large clients with, compliance and advisory services on tax implications related to their global share incentive programs. Our key capabilities include:

  • Complex cross border tax calculations coveringvarious share incentive vehicles

  • Global Equity Tax and Payroll Advisory services

  • Process improvements and design related serviceswith regards to clients global share incentive programs.

  • Large global due diligence projects involvingvarious foreign countries and their applicable tax implications for globalshare incentive programs.


As a Manager, you will be a key resource on large-scale global equity related projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, manage end to end global projects and rapidly establish relationships. More specifically, the successful candidate should:

  • Contribute to the successfuldelivery of global equity projects,demonstrating technical excellence and taking a practical/business drivenapproach to solving complex client challenges

  • Contribute to generatingprofitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities anddeveloping lasting relationships with clients

  • Lead project workstreams fromplanning through to implementation – managing project resources and budgetseffectively

  • Manage and oversee multipleengagements simultaneously

  • Be able to influence and persuadeclients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiativesand/or decisions

  • Take a practical approach tosolving issues and gaining client agreement

  • Encourage and facilitatecollaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive workingenvironment

  • Identify and effectively manageand mitigate any risks and issues

  • Contribute to business developmentand client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and deliveringpresentations for potential clients

  • Provide coaching and developmentopportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role modelfor our people including training for junior resources

Toqualify, candidates must have:

  • Relevant professional experiencein expatriate tax, accounting or payroll including for example previous workwith a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy orperformed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scaleproject(s)

  • Around 4-6 years of priorexperience

  • An ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CPA/Lawqualification (or equivalent)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in arelated field, supported by experience in a tax/accounting/payroll-related roleor

  • IT background with focuson implementation and effective roll out of implementation plans

  • Excellent communicationand negotiation skills, able to confidently influence colleagues and clients atall levels

  • Excellentanalytical and data management skills and the ability to convert complex datainto meaningful strategic insights
