Job Description

The Communications Lead Executive will provide a range of communications and marketing support to the larger Global Delivery Services (GDS) Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team, in the area of client services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support conceptualization and implementation of clear, impactful and targeted communication activities aligned to the Global Delivery Services (GDS) communications strategy

  • Draft clear, succinct and effective internal business/leadership messages, news stories, updates and social media posts,

  • Support stakeholder relationships with senior executives and internal teams across GDS

  • Work closely with respective business SPOCs to obtain briefing, content and approvals

  • Support development of a communication tactical calendar which ensures effective management of channels and tools

  • Support activation of communications collateral and toolkits to engage, educate and inspire employees

  • Customize/tailor global programs/campaigns to your respective business area/stakeholders/audiences

  • Project management and liaison with cross-functional groups (internal and external) such as designers, editorial and production

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of activity through quarterly progress report (for stakeholder)

  • Manage business critical content securely with sensitivity and maturity

  • Able to rationalize and make decisions on complex issues

Technical Skills:

  • Organizational skills, including multi-tasking , priority setting and meeting deadlines

  • Excellent multi-project and program management skills

  • Strong written communication expertise

  • Competence in working on communications plans and activating plans

  • 6-10 years of experience in the field of communications, including internal and corporate communications, ideally in a multinational/matrix organisation

  • Previous experience of supporting global marketing and communications programs

  • Proven ability to develop and lead the implementation of communications plans and activities.
