The SharePoint Online support has responsibilities within the mission critical SharePoint Online (SPO) Platform
The SharePoint Online support has responsibilities within the mission critical SharePoint Online (SPO) Platform that includes the following,
This individual will execute deployments within the vCurrent (SharePoint Online existing platform) and vNext (The new SharePoint Online platform).
This individual will be responsible to coordinate with EY-Knowledge team and EY-Operations team to foresee outstanding issues and progress of the tickets.
This individual will be responsible to ensure the stability of SharePoint Online platform and respond to queries and provide appropriate support arising out of the same.
This individual will work on O365 SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and MS Teams.
This individual will also be responsible to perform regular activities such as Licensing, Patching, and Profile clean-up.
This individual will be required to attend meetings and coordinate with other EY teams pertaining to the responsibilities stated above.
This individual may be required to work in the 2PM – 11PM shift (IST) or 11:30AM – 8:30 PM(IST) as needed.
Must be fluent in English and should be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and internal teams. Should possess intermediate knowledge in SharePoint.
Experience level: 2 to 4 years at Associate level.
