We are looking for Senior with expertise in Graphic Design to join the WFA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of the learning lab team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service on a variety of digital learning engagements.
Extract design by following content need and specific client requirements. Design consists of Mock-ups, Wireframe, illustration, animation.
Work on authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, Vyond and Lectora.
At this level, you will work under the supervision of more senior designers but could also work more independently.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
Have at least 5+ years of graphic design experience.
Have an imaginative, creative mind-set and be self-motivated.
Communicate design intent to teams. Explain how design work and advocate for users’ needs.
Must have advanced knowledge with Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate and After Effects) also other supporting design software to get the job done.
Core design skills include the ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour theory.
Think design with accessibly and UI/UX perspective and follow the guidelines for optimum user experience.
Come up with gamification ideas for learners.
Ability to create wireframes and mood boards
Follow current market trends and design industry standards.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, past E-learning work experience would be advantageous.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s or associate degree, and/or equivalent work experience
Impressive graphic design portfolio with a proven track record in visual design
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with internal teams and clients
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, suggestions, feedback, and manage timelines.
Exemplary organizational skills
Strong self-motivation to learn new programs and skills on the job
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in a professional services environment with client deliverables
Flexibility in and comfortability with learning and applying new software and work processes
Ability to understand designer and programmer workflows
Basic knowledge of UI/UX and instructional design principles
