EY is looking for Senior / Assistant Manager - People Advisory Services with primary competency in Learning

Yourkey responsibilities

  • Understand thebusiness problem, learner profile, evaluation methodology to implement in theproposed learning solution

  • Partner with thebusiness stakeholders to understand and recommend appropriate solution approachand design to development and execution phase

  • Identify traininginfrastructure need and provide cost effective solutions

  • Managecommunications and delivery logistics for key learning and developmentinitiatives

  • Work through thephases of design and development

a) Perform Training Gap Analysis

b) Execute the learning solution design (including functional design – incorporating user requirements and business solutions to meet business needs)

c) Develop storyboards

d) Develop high potential identification and development programs

e) Prepare training courseware for Instructor-led workshops, Web-based learnings, Train-the-Trainer etc.

f) Help to create and coordinate learning plan / schedules etc.

  • Collaborate withsubject matter experts and extended stakeholders to assess development needsand make strategic recommendations to enhance performance through training andother methods

  • Develop, manage,and execute complex training and development project plans to meet businessrequirements, and develop process improvements

  • Create effective processes for monitoring andmeasuring training processes

  • Consultingexperience is preferred

Knowledge /significant exposure in below areas

  • Instructional design experience and development of learning content

a) Web based learnings

b) E-Learnings

c) Micro learning solutions

d) Mobile learning solutions

e) Class room trainings, instructor led trainings

  • Been involved in large transformation or change programs and contributedto overall learning covering system, process, behavioural, ways of working

  • Experience in digital learning and technology enabled learning solutions

a) Programming capability on various learning technologies

b) Experience in developing complex technical designs

c) Ability to architect learning technology

  • Experience in innovative learning solutions to target using latestdigital solutions, mobile solutions etc.

  • Design of interactive solutions

  • Gamifications, simulations

a) Design of animations, graphics, interactive dashboards

b) Design of learning nuggets

c) Complex visual designs

d) Exposure to AI, virtual reality based learning solutions

  • Working awareness and experience in systems – HCM solutions and RPA

a) Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud – Oracle, SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies

  • Knowledge of Change management and Projectmanagement techniques

  • Working knowledge and / or experience inAnalytics

  • Understanding ofthe full life cycle of the instructional systems design (ISD) process

  • Knowledge of adultlearning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods

  • Proficiency withauthoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Vyond (Go Animate),Adobe Presenter, uPerform and UPK etc.

  • Basic proficiencywith photo editing or graphics software such as Flash, Adobe Photoshop or AdobeIllustrator or any other

  • Basic/Advancedunderstanding of animations and animation storyboards

  • Knowledge of compliance processes such asSection 508 compliance and SCORM conformance

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)

  • 3 – 6 years of work experience with technical competence in at least 2 of the areas mentioned above

  • Preferred work experience / exposure to learning design, content development and instructional design roles as part of a global distributed team with global clients.

  • Recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects and provided advisory services in learning, change management and project management.

  • The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment and changing requirements with frequent client interactions.

  • The individual must understand the importance of designing and delivering appropriate Learning systems / performance support tools in the context of large change program or a workforce transformation initiative
