Workplace Manager – Workplace Enablement Services

  • We’re looking professionals with expertise in Facilities & Administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

The opportunity

  • As part of our EY Workplace Enablement Services team, you will be responsible to manage Integrated Facility Management service delivery, vendor management, customer escalations and responsible to manage Facilities budgets & contract renewals.

  • You will be responsible for carrying EY values and culture and demonstrating the same and leading the team by example.

Your key responsibilities

  • For aligning Facility operations to achieve centre WES goals and objectives

  • For management and control of Facility operations of the centre

  • Facility team building and development at the centre

  • Responsible for all WES Facility deliverables at respective centre such as Facility Maintenance, Optimal functionality, Upkeep and Uptime of facility equipment and utilities, hygiene, ambience, ergonomics in line with the Company / Industry policies and standards

  • To ensure Statutory and Internal policy and process compliances for all Facility operational activities.

  • Responsible for stakeholder management at the centre

  • Analyse facility related risk, develop and implement mitigation plan

  • Responsible for centre’s budget based on growth projections

  • To ensure sustainable operations through conscious cost control and consistent initiatives

  • To gather on ground information and co-ordinate with Business Continuity team to take pre-emptive measures for avoiding Business risks during emergencies & exigencies

  • Adherence to all statutory compliances and internal policies, processes & guidelines

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Any graduate or equivalent

  • 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in process driven companies

  • 3+ years of experience in managing teams

  • Facilities Management Experience in companies of similar strength and structure, with adequate exposure to process & policies.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in working in large matrixed organizations

  • Ability to function in a rapidly changing, heavily matrixed and often virtual environment

  • Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Culturally sensitivity and be capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”

  • To Coach/mentor team members in a cross-functional environment
