Provides strategic design direction to develop and enhance digital user experiences, driving teams to execute work across multiple complex and/or high-stakes design projects, acting as the go-to-contact internally and externally for specific design expertise
Leads efforts to help teams run efficiently to ensure company growth and profitability, best-in-class deliverables, satisfied clients and inspired team members
Builds strong, strategic relationships with clients and leads new business efforts, significantly informing and influencing the companys overall service offering
Leads multiple complex and/or high-stakes design work across client engagements and partner teams, ensuring best practices and optimal solutions
Educates and inspires on the best and latest user experience design techniques to ensure deliverables continue to follow best-practice
Establishes improved design processes in line with organizational vision and strategy

Expert at using data, best practices, and intuition to create compelling strategies
Exceptional UX design experience in a web, and/or digital product environment

Storytelling, workshop and Presentation Skills: Good UX designers are also good storytellers, through storytelling we get persuasion, problem framing, strategy and vision. The story is a culmination of many inputs that turns into the right approach to the problem.
Research: This is a quality that drives inquisitive thinking, exploration, investigation and learning through observation, UX design is not about designing screens.
