Our UK&I Delivery Centre in Belfast is looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want a challenging and stimulating career supporting our Managed Services offerings. Our continuing expansion means that we have vacancies for the right individuals to play a key role within our Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) team in the development of our service line offerings for EY’s Forensic and Integrity Services business, part of the Assurance service line.
As an Associate in the team, your primary responsibility will be supporting client engagements, project coordination and development of new client solutions.
In addition you may also complete additional research projects to support ongoing investigations and disputes.
Your work will help our clients to make informed decisions, comply with regulatory requirements and manage the risk to their business. As such, it is imperative that you work accurately, pay close attention to detail and keep the broader objectives of your client in mind.
You will work on multiple assignments at once and will need to manage your time effectively and communicate clearly to meet deadlines and keep your team members up-to-date on your progress.

What you will do:
Assist with onboarding clients and reducing risk with due diligencereporting
Perform investigative research to support forensic investigations,compliance reviews, and disputes
Coordinate management of client engagements, by liaising with bothclient and internal stakeholders
Client relationship management
The role will enableyou to:
Develop a specialist skill-set in a highvalue-add area for corporate and private equity clients
Build up investigation, dispute and SPAexperience
Improve analytical and negotiationtechniques
Gain insight into key value levers forclients in negotiating SPAs
Work closely with due diligence teams toidentify and mitigate risk for clients
Participate in the success of a highlyprofitable business viewed as a key differentiator to competitors
Develop a strong internal and externalnetwork
Strong academic record including a Bachelor’sdegree (in any subject)
Strong analytical skills and commercialawareness
Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
