You will help our clients in the Wealth and Asset Management industry as they explore opportunities to innovate, differentiate themselves through business led, technology-driven transformations, including adoption of modern technology platforms, and implementation and integration of traditional systems.
Your key responsibilities
Partner with project teams through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle. Also, lend specific subject matter knowledge during the design and integration phase of each project by providing specificity to the technology architecture, data model, and system design and interfacing requirements.
Advise clients on a variety of business process issues that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities. Also, combine knowledge of business processes with technology capabilities to drive operational efficiency across the front, middle and back-office operations for Asset managers, Wealth managers, Investment advisors, Private bankers, etc.

Progress towards a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, information systems or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in technology related area
Strong understanding of one or more programming paradigms such as object oriented, functional programming
Strong hands on skills (development, debugging, unit testing) in one of more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, .NET or Scala
Experience in one or more of the following:
Microservices, Domain Driven Design, API design is highly desirable
Web development frameworks like Angular 2+ or ReactJS
One or more cloud platforms like AWS, Azure
Latest technologies like Docker containers, Serverless, Kubernetes etc.
Creating Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
Agile development methodology as a Full-Stack engineer in a Scrum team
One or more relational/non-relational database with hands on experience in SQL
Ability to independently drive projects to completion and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further integrating operations with technology
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, strong interest and willingness to keep up with emerging technologies
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-70%

What you can expect
Our approach to hiring utilizes several different formats throughout the course of the recruiting process.
