The PAS team are looking to recruit someone with strong organisational design experience to join our Brisbane team. We are looking at the manager level and would like someone who has demonstrated experience of designing and implementing high level and detailed organisational design for clients off the back of strategic imperatives and operating model blueprints.
Candidates with experience in identifying the capability, roles, resources and structure an organisation requires, as well as assessing the impact of various enabling factors on success will be of strong interest. We recognise that candidates will most likely have an external consulting background.
While organisational design is the priority capability area we are looking for, the candidate will be joining a team that works across a number of a people related areas including change management, workforce planning, HR and general talent management, organisational development and learning, culture and leadership.
Your key responsibilities
Manage engagements / projects and lead streams of work
Interact with our clients and build relationships
Drive our client’s strategic people transformation and change agenda
Business development and growing client accounts through quality delivery of work and identification of further opportunities

To qualify for the role you must have
Demonstrated mastery in high level and detailed organisational design (OD) and proven ability in various OD model options, functional capability definition, job family and process mapping, job description design, workforce planning etc. and be able to show how you have applied these consistently in engagement settings. Be able to show how you have lead teams in the implementation of organisational design and your awareness of operating model work within this will be crucial.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in a consulting environment highly desirable
Client focus and experience leading the relationship and work with clients
Some accreditation in project management
Experience in broader people advisory skills such as change management, HR and general talent management, organisational development and learning, culture and leadership.
