The opportunity
You will be a part of a dedicated Learning team, responsible for designing and delivering best in class learning solutions to support the professional development of EY talent.
Your responsibilities will include
The Learning Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of various learning activities.
Key learning administration tasks will include recording attendance in EY’s global learning system, SuccessFactors and reporting various internal and client trainings in the statutory training reporting system, Felnőttképzési Adatszolgáltatási Rendszer.
Also, you will be managing internal and client training contracts, vendor contracts and vendor invoices.
As part of the role, you will perform various event support activities on virtual courses – e.g. setting up break-out rooms in Microsoft Teams; and on class room sessions once it’s safe for EY to organize those – e.g. arranging for venue and catering.
You will be good at this job if you have

Strong attention to details
Ability to work accurately and independently with moderate supervision
Adaptability to switch between administrative and event support activities
You will be considered for this job if you have
At least 1-year work experience with a multinational organization
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and in Word
Fluency in English
Background in Learning is a plus, but NOT a pre-requisite – we will show you everything
