We are looking for bold and confident risk advisors to join our team of market-leading risk practitioners. We work with our clients to help them identify and manage risk so that they deliver the project and/or organisational outcomes they’re responsible for. As a risk transformation professional, you will be part of a team that works with ASX listed and big government clients to address issues such as project/program/portfolio risk identification and management; risk governance and reporting; policy and regulatory reform; business performance variability; business and process controls transformation and risk and control (GRC) technology enablement; You will belong to an international network of specialists helping our clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance.

About the Opportunity
In your role as a Risk Transformation Senior Consultant you will be responsible for:
Participating in Risk Services engagements, specifically ERM and full cycle project risk management
Supporting the delivery of IT strategy, governance and risk management reviews as well as providing recommendations for improvement and implementation support
Working effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
Preparing reports and schedules for clients and other parties
Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients
Participating in business development initiatives such as writing proposals

You may have previous experience working for a professional services firm or State/Federal Government organisation and have experience in the following:
ERM and PRM design, implementation and operation
Governance, risk and compliance functional experience
Compliance system development and management
Risk assessment, mitigation and remediation
An understanding of project managing engagements, specifically project & program risk
Ability to develop work programmes and lead fieldwork
A PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is also highly desirable
