Primary Role

To assist in performing statutory audits for the Assurance Team for their yearend audits & drafting of Factual Findings Reports as well as attending to company health checks for our international clients

Secondary Role

To assist with ad-hoc company secretarial duties for local and international clients well as the registration of companies and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with Statutory audit verification and inspection of company records as well as preparing of Factual Findings Reports

  • Accurate referencing of statutory work paper files and supporting documents obtained from the client

  • Populating statutory audit templates for the Assurance Team from Company information reviewed and obtained

  • Assisting with company secretarial services in relation to new company registrations and changes to company structures including filing of annual returns and director changes etc.

  • Assist with administrative duties.ie. Preparing of invoices and opening of client engagement codes for new assignments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of one to two years working experience in a corporate office environment with some company secretarial exposure.

  • Studying towards BComm/CIS or equivalent would be an advantage.

  • Must be computer literate with good skills in Excel and conversant with Office.

  • Attention to detail and accurate capturing is a pre-requisite

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) is of high importance

  • Be able to cope and work under pressure

  • Must be a self-starter who is deadline driven and be able to find solutions to work related matters;

  • Must be willing to take instructions and be trained and work together as a team member.
