Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Our ESS professionals span a wide range of vital roles, from administrative support to facilities management, creative design, tax return processing, file management and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities / 岗位职责

  1. Provide front desk services to all visitors, ensuring their requests are handled in a professional manner;

  2. Maintain reception area in a tidy manner;

  3. In charge of incoming call, meeting room booking, vehicle booking and other admin services.

  4. In charge of file and document reservation.

  5. 负责前台接待工作,为到访客人提供专业细致的接待服务;

  6. 保持前台接待区域干净整洁;

  7. 接听来电,提供会议室预订,车辆安排和其他行政预订服务;

  8. 负责办公室往来文件的管理。

Requirements / 任职要求

  1. College and above degree holder;

  2. With related reception work or internship is preferred;

  3. Good command of Chinese in both reading, speaking and writing;

  4. Good telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills;

  5. CET-4 or above, familiar with English;

  6. Familiar with Microsoft Office;

  7. Honesty, integrity and politeness.

  8. 专业不限,大专以上学历;

  9. 有相关实习或者工作经验者优先;

  10. 具有良好的中文书面和口语表达能力;

  11. 电话接听得体大方,具备良好的人际沟通能力;

  12. 大学英语4级以上,熟悉英语常用表达;

  13. 诚实,正直,礼貌待人。
