Position

Job purpose

  • Temenos T24 professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one or more of Temenos products - T24, Internet Banking, Mobile banking, Wealth management, Payment suites, Temenos Triple A Plus, Temenos Insight

  • Your client responsibilities

  • Need to work as a team lead in one or more Temenos T24 projects.

  • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators

  • Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead

  • Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators

  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed

  • Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis, Travel could be up to 75%

  • Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies

  • Foster teamwork and lead by example

  • Training and mentoring of project resources

  • Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Requirements

Mandatory skills:

  • Well versed in Functional aspects of Temenos T24

  • Functional: Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core, retail, Corporate, Trade Finance, Securities, Asset management, Compliance, AML - Including product parametrisation and set up.

  • Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and T24 modules like securities, Accounting, AA, good understanding of GL in T24,

  • Working experience in Temenos Triple A plus will be added advantage

  • Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.

  • Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, FSD

  • Excellent business communication skills

  • Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff

  • Good Leadership skills

  • Excellent client-facing skills

  • MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/M.Com equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 14 Yrs

Preferred skills:

  • Database administration

  • Performance tuning

  • Prior Client facing experience

  • Experience in any or more of Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases
