Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our clients solve some of their most pressing issues. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you’ll deliver innovative high quality work products. As a Senior and CRM Technologist, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of the CRM technology strategy and vision for our clients.
Skills and attributes for success
Experience across multiple full lifecycle technology-enabled business transformations, enabled by CRM and other front office technologies to help clients reinvent their future state customer sales and service delivery models.
Experience with large transformation program management across lead-to-cash:
Business case development and value realization management
Project planning and dependency management
Resource planning and management
Budget planning and management
To qualify for the role you must have
Specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP C4C, and/or Salesforce.com implementations
Past experience working with IT and business stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes
Demonstrated understanding of marketing, sales, service, and order-to-cash processes
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of work experience in consulting or company-internal project management roles project managing large transformation programs.
A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 80% both domestically and internationally
