Senior Manager, Financial Services Risk Management, Capital Management & Credit Risk - Capital Management

You will lead diverse client engagement teams to help our clients with a broad range of advisory services and provide meaningful insights across a broad spectrum of financial topics. Your key responsibilities
You’ll spend most of your time teaming with capital management and industry professionals to develop and deliver a wide range of capital management strategies and solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or a related discipline; an MBA or master’s is a plus
More than eight years of relevant experience in a capital management domain (stress testing, economic capital, financial planning and analysis, etc.)
The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced project management and client service skills
Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value add solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and teaming skills
A willingness to travel to meet client needs. A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Ideally, you’ll also have
Consulting, stress testing, regulatory or Rating Agency experience, or accounting/control function experience
Strong quantitative and technology skills
Understanding of the Basel Regulatory capital framework for US-based and FBO banking institutions, ideally aspects of both the Standardized Approach and the Advanced Approaches as well as required capital and available capital.
Experience working on various aspects of the capital management framework – possibly including exposure identification and classification, parameter estimation, risk-weighted asset quantification, governance and controls, regulatory reporting, stress testing, etc.
Ability to support cross-functional teams, covering front office, risk management, quantitative analytics, finance, regulatory reporting, internal audit, regulatory affairs, on a variety of technical and non-technical topics.
Experience incorporating capital management considerations into business decision making processes, such as new product approval, limit setting, capital adequacy, revenue planning (FP&A), compensation review, etc.
Program- and project-management experience supporting ‘change the bank’ delivery relating to Capital Management topics, whether based on changing regulatory requirements, bank-specific regulatory findings (MRAs/MRIAs), performance improvement and optimization initiatives, or other efforts. This may include Spot RWA calculations, Capital Forecasting/Stress Testing (like CCAR or DFAST), CECL, or related efforts.
