Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever changing industry.

Your key responsibilities

You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions, particularly with Office 365, Azure and/or SharePoint. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle

  • Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology Advisory market

  • Providing broad technical knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, OpenText and business platforms

  • Collaborating and leading client technology professionals

  • Delivering project work with third-party strategic alliances

  • Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally

  • Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Three or more years ofexperience with the below

  • on-premise SharePoint and SharePoint online

  • SharePoint development/solution design and architecture

  • SharePoint migrations

  • SharePoint administration and deployment

  • Microsoft Flow and PowerApps

  • Nintex and Power BI

  • Azure – building apps and integrating into SharePoint

  • Migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or Dell’s Quest Tool

  • Organizational change, training and communications for end-user adoption of SharePoint

  • Deep understanding of the security controls and features of the SharePoint platform

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree

  • Current Microsoft certification is required – MCSA, MCSE, MCSD, etc.

· Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills

· Previous consulting experience

· Experience working with and coordinating off-shore development teams

· Familiarity with UX, journey-mapping and persona development

· Ability to travel up to at least 80% if needed

Ideally, you’ll also have

· Experience with both project/program management and delivery, in addition to technical consulting work

· PMP and/or agile certification
