Marketing Automation Developer – Tech Consulting Manager

The opportunity

You will have the opportunity to work on full organizational digital transformations, where we focus on the broad and deep organizational and technical changes required to achieve goals. This approach sets our digital and marketing analytics value proposition on a higher trajectory. You'll focus on customizing our approaches to the unique needs of our clients, with a focus on delivering insights that are contextual, human-centered and constantly evolving.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a team that is focused on the technical design, development, configuration, customization, and testing of marketing solutions to meet the client's need. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client's digital vision and strategy to life.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle

  • Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY

  • Developing marketing technology solutions with other team members

  • Understanding data flows and the impact on analytics, CRM, channel delivery and reporting

  • Recognizing how marketing technology components interact and integrate

  • Integrating marketing technology with third party systems

  • Providing technical knowledge of various key technology and business platforms

  • Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances

  • Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally

  • Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of related work experience

  • 3 years or more of experience in implementing marketing solutions (Adobe Campaign, Marketo or Salesforce preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills

  • Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions

  • A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • One or more certifications in Adobe, Marketo or Salesforce marketing technology

  • Adobe Campaign developer or architect certifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Developer or Architect

  • Experience implementing and developing with multiple marketing technologies

  • Experience integrating marketing technologies, ideally within the Adobe Experience Cloud

  • Prior consulting experience highly preferred.
