Americas Forensics Service Delivery Lead, Core Business Services (IT Services) (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.
Manage the successful execution of key technical initiatives and turn-key IT projects for the Americas Forensics Service Delivery team. Engage with Business Stakeholders and IT Technical teams in building strategic fiscal year roadmap planning. Identify client's needs and oversee the delivery of Project Management, Business Analysis and Deployment & Engineering services within the context of the business. Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Create program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services. Produce accurate and timely reporting across multiple program statuses throughout their life cycle. Manage program risks, remediate any conflicts, and create a communication and governance plan for the Americas practice. Plan, monitor and manage change through formal change management processes and stakeholder/customer relationship management including reporting on variances to the approved project baseline and managing the approval or mitigation of these as appropriate. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience managing IT projects for internal or external clients in the forensics or fraud detection industry.
Must have 4 years of experience with project/program management techniques and methods, performance evaluation and change management principles.
Must have 4 years of experience coaching vendors and project/program team members in delivery fundamentals and the benefits to successful requirements gathering and delivery.
Must have 4 years of experience with MS Office, MS Project and ServiceNow.
Must have 4 years of experience working with geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams including architects, business analysts, application engineers, quality assurance testers, managed service providers, data center operations teams and third party vendors.
Must have 4 years of experience producing reports for use by internal or external stakeholders.
Must have 3 years of experience in conducting computer fraud and forensic investigations for large, multinational external clients, OR providing electronic discovery services to large, multinational external clients.
Must have 3 years of experience with Relativity, Encase or other document management/collection tools.
Must have 3 years of experience with NUIX, LAW, Brainspace or other forensics review/analytics tools.
Must have 2 years of experience in developing detailed work plans, managing multiple projects, and leading teams of four or more members.
Requires domestic and international travel up to 25% to serve client needs.
