IT Advisor, Technology Consulting - Digital & Emerging Technology (Digital Analytics) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1512553), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

Deliver digital analytics professional services, solutions, and business development activities on strategic and global priority client accounts. Assess data quality and data governance and its potential impacts, and data management techniques. Develop data work streams and metadata documentation. Design, develop, implement and document data security and controls. Participate in and lead teams in data related testing, including application, system, integration and end user testing. Identify risks and issues and communicate them to team leads. Explain data related concepts to junior members of the team. Manage project components. Review the work of other resources to identify and improve processes for producing high quality work products. Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Consistently deliver quality client services. Remain current on new developments in delivery services, capabilities and industry knowledge.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related experience or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and four years of related experience.

Must have 4 years of industry or consulting experience in Digital Analytics.

Must have 3 years recent professional experience with SQL programming and Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, and/or D3.js).

Must have 3 years of experience providing advisory services with a strategic focus in helping clients achieve transformational value through the use of data and/or analytics solutions.

Must have 4 years of experience developing data work streams, metadata documentation, data visualization and experience connecting with external data sources.

Must have 2 years of experience leading client engagements and managing teams on single scope projects.

Must have 2 years of experience managing project deliverables independently.

Must have 2 years of experience measuring and tracking work quality or deliverables.

Travel required up to 80%, of which 20% is international, to meet client needs.
