EY Operations Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

The Operations Coordinator processes and/or reviews more complex transactions of a Human Resources (HR) nature in accordance with the established policies and procedures within the Human Resources Shared Services Center (HRSSC) with limited supervision. The Operations Coordinator has proven experience and abilities to provide coaching to less experienced team members.

The opportunity

  • Performs duties and responsibilities with limited supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures

  • Processes and/or reviews more complex transactions of a Human Resources nature

  • Performs detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions. Escalates questions and/or discrepancies

  • Is proactive in contacting field members of the EY Recruiting or Talent Team, other EY personnel and external parties regarding processing issues as appropriate

  • Identifies and proposes solutions on transaction issues to leadership

  • Prepares, contributes and may run reporting as directed

  • Meets production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management

  • Assists with special projects as requested

Responds to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries. Uses proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard HRSSC procedures

  • Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge and application of immigration related recruitment

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations

  • Strong presentation, researching, and change management skills

  • Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously

What we look for

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience

  • Specific knowledge of HR functions preferred

  • Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred
