Your Key Responsibilities
You will provide written and verbal advice regarding unemployment claims administration and hearings, open, organize and distribute time sensitive documentation to applicable team members. We’ll look to you to develop strong relationships with our clients and team effectively with internal resources.
You can expect:
Working in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role
Request separation information and supporting documentation from client
Provide phone consultation before & during Unemployment claims hearings
Organize, and maintain large quantities of paperwork associated with unemployment claims and tax processes Participate in internal meetings and communicate current state agency processes and tendencies
Ability to follow established procedures, review and interpret payroll data & unemployment claims information
Understand when to ask team leaders for assistance in unfamiliar circumstances

Customer service & organizational skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills needed to interact with internal team members and external client personnel
Ability to learn and use technology and follow a linear well-defined process is necessary
Ability to interact with clients and offer feedback on best practices pertaining to unemployment claims procedures
Participate in and contribute to achieving team goals
To qualify for the role you must have
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years office/customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
