Supply Chain Advisor, Supply Chain & Operations (Supply Chain Planning) (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Denver, CO.

Provide expertise in supply chain planning to assist clients achieve a fully optimized value chain. Analyze clients’ supply chain planning processes and technologies to identify and recommend improvements. Support teams to source, coordinate and analyze planning data from clients, and apply analytical methods to advise clients on how to understand, predict, and control planning functions of their organization. Assist clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process. Conduct current state assessments of the supply chain planning functions. Architect solutions to improve the health of clients’ supply chain. Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience in one or more of the specific supply chain areas: demand planning, supply planning, or production scheduling.

Must have 2 years of Implementation experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Must have 2 years of implementation experience using one of the following tools/applications:

  • SAP APO (in one or more of the following functional areas: DP, SNP, PPDS, and/or GATP);

  • Kinaxis;

  • OM Partners; or

  • JDA.

Must have 3 years of experience using Excel, Macros, and Pivot Tables.

Must have 3 years of experience writing and delivering presentations for executives and senior managers in Power Point.

Must have 2 years of experience in managing staff on projects and providing direction to team members.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
