EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space. Consultants in the Infor practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.
Individual will work as part of a team or individually on the Supply Chain workstream of Infor ERP CloudSuite implementation, providing proven expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of the Infor Supply Management functional suite along with project leadership and subject matter expertise. Position works directly with client providing hands-on leadership, process design, application configuration and build support, training, testing, problem resolution, go-live support and change management.
Your key responsibilities
Support Supply Chain workstream of Infor ERP CloudSuite implementations including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deploy phases
Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
Supports Supply Chain lead to partner with clients to understand current state processes and define future state business processes based on business objectives
Support data migration activities from a supply chain business perspective
Help to configure applications according to requirements and design and conduct required testing (e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing)
Understand Infor Implementation Accelerators and lead workshops to aid in design process
Support development of project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption
Teach end users and conduct training classes in the technology
Provide post go-live support and problem resolution
Participate in program leadership, governance and change enablement
Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans between projects
Participate in other business development activities as appropriate (e.g., proposal presentations)
Continually pursue latest product features, functionality and technology innovations to stay current and add value to our projects

Industry affiliations and/or technical certifications preferred
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related field.
Seven plus years of recent supply chain consulting experience
Understanding of Source to Pay process areas within a hospital environment including contracting, procure to pay, inventory management (materials management), and master data management (item master)
Three to five years of related work experience with a minimum of two years of Infor/Lawson Supply Chain experience including full suite implementations and/or major upgrades of the following applications:
Accounts Payable / APIA
Current knowledge of Infor CloudSuite (FSM) v11 preferred
Understanding of Infor CloudSuite standard reports
Minimum one full recent Infor/Lawson Supply management implementation, version 10 or higher (full-life cycle to include: requirements gathering, business process design, testing, go-live)
Strong implementation experience with Infor/Lawson Supply Chain Management
Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on time of year. Must have a valid driver’s license
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience supporting healthcare (e.g., Payers, Providers, Clinical Research) related clients/industry INFOR-FY22
