We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for the position of Advisory Services Manager – Performance Improvement (PI) in our Financial Services practice in the Cayman Islands. Our PI practice helps clients better align their organizations' operating infrastructures with their strategies. We have a broad range of capabilities to assist clients with operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities, and business integration. Our professionals focus on the assessment and redesign of business, risk, and control processes and the refinement of operating models. The goal is to support our clients' efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient and, where required, provide services in connection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk. Your time will be dedicated to the Financial Services business including retail brokers, private bankers, wealth managers, insurers/reinsurers, and retail banking. Your key responsibilities
You’re likely to spend most of your time on operational aspects of client business. That means developing an in-depth understanding of our clients’ unique needs and goals, before leading a team in developing and delivering meaningful improvement insights. You’ll be responsible for delivering a project at a client site which means you will need to communicate effective new strategies and the plan to bring these strategies to life with your team.

Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
Understanding our clients’ unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
A minimum of 3+ years of experience working at a professional services firm, financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company
Experience working in a wealth management firm, private or retail bank, investment management firm, capital markets firm, insurance/reinsurance firm or as a consultant in one of these companies
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team through all phases of the initiative life cycle
strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing industry and deep content knowledge in the Wealth Management area
ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global financial institution
Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
Strong managerial experience including leading teams across different projects
