  • In this role, you will be responsible in working together with various senior leaders in the organization drive connectivity across BMC within Regions, Sectors, Service Lines and Global teams and serve as an organizational connector.

  • You will advise on organizational strategic topics and help translate strategic vision into action and strengthen process understanding and discipline across the function.

  • You will provide exceptional client service to the respective BMC leaders for Operations, help them be in control of their financials, continuous focus on process improvement, ROI measures, cost effectiveness / efficiency by sharing best practices and take a leading role in cost reduction or transformation initiatives. You will oversee projects for the BMC leadership on key programs and initiatives.

  • You will assist the BMC leaders to innovate and increase impact.

  • You will streamline and co-drive the strategic planning process for your respective BMC Area allowing the achievement of key set milestones which is including leading the development of BMC budgets and manages expenses to achieve financial targets.

  • You will serve as the key contact between BMC and other Area functional operational teams (e.g., Finance, BD Operations, Markets Operations, Talent, Analytics) to ensure synergies achieved.

  • You will drive consistency and standardization for the respective Area (EMEIA/AsiaPac).

  • Comfortable working in a matrixed virtual organisation with excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholder

  • Being able to adjust according to the audience with a focus on getting work accomplished

  • Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages

To qualify for the role you must have

  • In-depth knowledge of EY’s BMC organisation and processes
