Senior Consultant (Senior) – Change Management, People Advisory Services, Global Delivery Services

Overview:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting domain with Master’s degree in HR or full time MBA.

  • Preferred work experience / exposure to change management programs and working as part of a global distributed team.

  • Recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of organisational change management and business transformation.

  • Experience in being part of a large global transformation effort, in a change management capacity to drive business readiness and business adoption.

  • Change certification preferred.

Key responsibilities:

  • As part of People Advisory Services practice at EY, build capability in change management pillar in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organisation and other EY member firms

  • Support leadership in developing / growing the practice, support in demand generation for change projects in collaboration with EY global offices, contribute to global thought leadership on EY’s change management offering

  • Project Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Build expertise in one or more areas in the HR functional domain and organisational change management.

  • Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

  • Change impact assessment

  • Business readiness assessment

  • Change interventions – design, deploy, measure, sustain

  • Training strategy

  • Change integration

  • Change network – design, deploy

  • Benefits management and tracking

  • Experience in Communications strategy, planning, execution

  • Experience in Training strategy, planning, execution

  • Experience / knowledge of digital solutions enabling change, gamifications, visualisations, day-in-life-of workshops

  • Experience in change analytics, measurement and tracking of change

  • Knowledge of Analytics, statistical tools – including SPSS, Power BI, R, Spotfire

  • Supported transition / deployment effort – Knowledge transfer, Training, Testing, hyper care

  • Working awareness in HR systems and other cloud/ ERP technologies

  • Knowledge of Project management

Practice development

Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance change management and broader capability offering within the practice
