Job Summary:

This role requires you to become the subject matter expert on Independence issues and be the first point of contact for client facing teams. Other responsibilities include evaluating issues and producing deliverables to document the diligence with which such tasks were performed, as the work performed by you is subject to review and scrutiny by external regulators. You will be required to do interactions with the executive level members in client facing teams.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Your Project management Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business and requirements, Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the process and quality parameters

  • Acts as a liaison between the client teams, other members of the RMS team, and various functional areas within the firm

  • Regular client connects and driving exceptional client service

  • Acts as a liaison between the client teams, other members of the RMS team, and various functional areas within the firm

  • Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities

  • Provide feedback required to continuously improve processes

  • Formulates answers to client questions

  • Providing constructive feedback to individual who are working with you

  • Build positive work culture which fosters teamwork and helps delivering high quality outputs

  • Be a technical guide to your team members and provide mentoring as required

You are expected to have below mentioned skills:

  • Understanding of companies (subsidiaries, sister concerns etc.)

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Good negotiation skills and decision-making capabilities

  • Proficient in MS office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Strong domain knowledge of various products of financial markets and understands financial terms

  • Able to work with various regions and understand regional nuisances

  • Has handled projects independently or has worked with a team. Should have good people management, project management experience

Job Requirements:


  • Post-Graduate – Preferably MBA

Experience :

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Certification Requirements:

  • Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
