The Operations Associate provides operational support handling questions from the wider CBTS team and may act as a point of escalation for day to day queries. This role maintains and supports a variety of operational reports and queries, using appropriate reporting tools. In addition, assists with the development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation, to support CBTS applications and helps to deliver end-user support and training.

Key stakeholders include the CBTS case managers, CBTS Engagement Transaction Managers, PAS Immigration & Tax teams, EY Global Tax, Global Security, PDRA and Global Travel Meeting & Events.

Your key responsibilities

  • May act as a point of escalation for routine questions for the CBTS support center

  • Supports various CBTS processes and assists CBTS Operations Leader

  • Provides troubleshooting support, researching and resolving operational problems, performing scheduled activities, and recommending ways to meet requirements

  • Implement recurring CBTS processes as appropriate. Help design and implement CBTS processes. Identify and escalate CBTS concerns and risks to appropriate levels

  • Provides support/input regarding the allocation of CBTS Global Support Center resources to meet changing project/program needs. Assist with the analysis of workflow of operations to help identify and solution continuous improvement efforts

  • Supports the development and maintenance of various operational tools, including reports, processes, technology enablement/solutions, etc.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with CBTS service delivery partners, providing knowledge of the CBTS services and coordination with Firm specialists.

  • Develop an understanding of area/service line specific business initiatives.

  • Understand and deliver on the Operations needs of CBTS to enable the team to serve their client stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience working in a large/complex/global organization with project and immigration exposure

  • Excellent working knowledge of Firm standard technology including Windows, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Intranet and Case Management tools.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism, confidentiality, tact and diplomacy

  • Able to develop strong relationships with internal networks across all levels of organization, all areas of business and supporting functions

  • Strong ability to partner well with internal business contacts on ad-hoc projects

  • Global mindset and ability to lead in a virtual environment
