Key responsibilities

  • To prepare and monitor order arrangement and delivery arrangement of the office supplies

  • Check the accuracy of the order form and input data in the purchase system

  • No need to contact vendor at the initial stage depend on their performance of job

  • Follow up the ordering status on goods delivery.

  • Collect and verify all invoices and delivery note for payment purpose.

  • Filing (including e-filing and physical filing), check the order form that received and input information to the purchase system, communication with vendor and file orders etc.

Qualifications, Education and Certification

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Form 5 or above

  • To provide administrative & procurement support for the Department

  • Minimum 2 years' up relevant working experience

  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese

  • Basic computer knowledge especially in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access etc.

  • Immediate availability is preferred
