The Opportunity

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY Provide leading quality service to EY clients, win in the marketplace and support EY growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working closely with the Global Coordinating Service Partner (GCSP) and key account members, you will play an integral role supporting the execution of the account plan, delivering exceptional client service and winning in the marketplace for our key accounts.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Act as central point of contactfor the account

  • Maintain global account management reportingtools and processes

  • Conduct regular accountperformance reviews, tracking and analysis against established goals andclient relationships

  • Coordinate and participate in account team meetings,develop minutes of meetings and follow-up on the assigned tasks

  • Support the team in the developmentand management of key client stakeholders and major pursuits

  • Ensure clientcommunications are relevant and delivered within set deadlines

  • Develop detailed understanding ofthe client and their business drivers

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Universitygraduate majoring in business-related disciplines, master’s degree would bean asset

  • Minimum5 years of related experience. Preferably gained at big four or consultingand professional service sector

  • Excellent command of spoken andwritten English and Chinese. Fluent English and Mandarin is a must.

  • Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail

  • Possessteamwork and leadership skills

  • Proactive,analytical, flexible and confident

  • Highlyproficient with MS Office – specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
