Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

As a member of Experienced Hire team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles. You will become a part of a high performing team, being expected to share knowledge, exchange good practices and work together on creating added value for our internal clients. We offer a variety of development paths, including employer branding-related activities, process improvements, cooperation with external vendors and taking part in global projects – it depends only on you which path you will choose.
Your key responsibilities
Serve as a recruiter for assigned business group(s)/ practice(s), and assist senior recruiters to address sudden spikes in hiring goals
Provide end-to-end recruitment administrative support to team on a daily basis
Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals and performance metrics through effective use of systems/ database
Liaise with hiring managers, functional teams and shared services throughout the process to resolve all recruitment issues
Prepare periodic reports e.g. time-to-fill, process effectiveness/efficiency, performance of sourcing channels, cost per hire etc.
Maintain good working relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment-related approval protocols
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
Three to five years of recruiting experience in a sizable organization
Highly articulate and able to work across cultures
A team-player, eager to learn, with strong interpersonal and communications skills
Proactive, independent and detail-oriented
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
