Key Responsibilities
As a Manager you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement M&A services for large companies or can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. This will also include identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches. You will provide evaluating and validating analysis and develop recommendations for the client.

Some key capabilities you should be prepared to bring to client facing and internal initiative teams include:
- Demonstrate technical competence in our keycapabilities and take a practical/business driven approach to solvingcomplex client challenges
· Experience with HR function integration, including compensation, benefits, HR operations and technology, HR strategy, talent and culture, HR functional build-up and supporting the broader enterprise-wide integration efforts, including change management, organization design, and workforce transition.
· Performing of Human Capital Operational Due Diligence including deal risks associated with HR operations and technology, organizational culture, HR program design, and broad labor and talent.
Contribute to generate profitable revenue byidentifying additional engagement opportunities and building lastingrelationships with clients
Lead project workstreams, from planning through implementation- including managing project resources and budgets effectively, andidentify and effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues
Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gainsupport for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst teammembers, and promote an inclusive working environment
Contribute to business development and client pursuitactivities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations forpotential clients
Coach and develop teams and colleagues, and act as avisible role model for our people
To qualify for the role,you must have:
- Relevant professional service experience, with a globalmanagement consultancy firm, or niche consultancy in which you gainedexposure to a large-scale project(s)
· Around 6-9 years of prior experience in with Human Capital Mergers and Acquisitions, restructuring or divestitures.
· Experience and understanding of HR related workstreams: Benefits, Compensation, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition with success in current job applying one or more of these capabilities.
Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduatequalification
Ability to travel regularly
