Immigration Associate Role:

Provide support to the Immigrations division in assisting with preparation and submission of work permit application, billings, filling and other general administrative and operational duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of Immigrations applications and complete work allocated within budget and deadlines

  • Assist with the submission of work permit applications and monitor the progress at Home Affairs and the SA Embassies

  • Support the team by assisting with the immigration filing process and capturing Immigration data on the trackingsystem

  • Support the team by maintaining effective working relations with clients and colleagues

  • Achieve client satisfaction by ensuring high quality service and technical excellence

  • To assist with billings on completion of immigration assignments

  • To support the team with general office administration and operational duties

Qualifications:

BCom / LLB or studying towards one of these qualifications

Skills and Behavioural Attributes
