Key Responsibilities

  • Management / Coordination of global mobility services for key accounts

  • Management and administration of global EY technology tools used

  • Provide technical support and oversight of the client deliverables

  • Assist with proposal processes and gathering of fees across the Africa Sub Area

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across the globe.

  • Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships

  • Primary point of contact for key accounts

  • Implementing and developing processes to ensure efficient management of key accounts

  • Managing risk processes on key accounts i.e. client acceptance and continuance processes

  • WIP and debtors management

  • Doing training and presentations to clients on the use of technology tools

  • Attend client meetings

  • Project management of projects across the Africa Sub Area

  • Assist with adhoc queries and projects in respect of clients and also internal Africa projects the ATCS team is working on

Client responsibilities

  • Have responsibility for a portfolio of clients

  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, managing and providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

People responsibilities

  • Contribute to performance feedback for staff

  • Contribute to people initiatives for the development and retention of trainees

  • Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis

  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience/Technical Skills

  • BComm Tax, HDip Tax, CTA or similar Tax qualification or studying towards tax qualification

  • Project Management, interpersonal, communication, administrative and organisational skills
