The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and adhering to processes and methodical approach, while being flexible in working with stakeholders and proposing solutions within a given framework.
Hands-on experience in cordinating projects involving email marketing applications, preferably Marketo, and an in-depth knowledge of email marketing, is highly preferred, as it will support the campaign deployment efforts and guide the marketers towards campaign maturity and optimization.
This resource will be reporting into a Senior Associate supporting stakeholders in co-ordinating and implementing implementing Digital Marketing/Marketing Automation projects in Nordics. The resource would be expected to do 85% project coordination and 15% digital marketing/marketing automation related work while supporting the Nordics Operations team.
Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills, would be required to support a PM on the following tasks:
Basic Coordination of project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates
Support PM with the project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule
Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks
Adjust quickly to changes in stakeholder requirements and global governance
Experience in building landing pages, forms, lists, programs, campaigns, etc in Marketo, employing best practices and adhering to global governance and pre-defined templates will be an advantage
Manage iterations and revision cycles with stakeholders seamlessly, accurately and efficiently
Uphold the highest standards of quality, exercising unfaltering diligence to pre-defined quality assurance (QA) process
Generate and share performance reports with relevant stakeholders
Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
Functional knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices is a must, including marketing automation concepts, such as lead generation, customer journey, lead nurturing, etc.
Functional knowledge with Emails, Landing pages creation and updates. Also acquainted with webinar and event workflows
Coordinate marketing automation implementation and Lead Nurture programs
Familiarity with CRM tools, such as SAP; knowledge on other related CRM tools can also be considered
Any graduate degree
