Job Summary:

  • This role entails managing a high-performing, multi-skilled rapidly growing team supporting a large customer in EY.

  • The selected candidate has to manage very senior stakeholders at the customer’s end, while managing and developing partnerships in GDS that are required to meet various project requirements.

  • The individual should provide thought leadership and implement learning industry benchmarks and performance.

  • Ability to get into each function and understand the exact nature of work being done, as well as the ability to step into the role, if required.

  • A leader of high integrity, who is easily approachable for guidance and support and is able to quickly take informed decisions

  • Develop the account and seek newer areas to support

Purpose of the Job:

  • Connect with senior leaders and partners across EY to understand their business needs and deliver end to end solutions.

  • Develop and retain a high performing team that develops innovative solutions to improve learning outcomes.

  • Mentor counselees to take on senior roles and define a career path for them.

  • Manage stakeholders from multi-cultural environments to understand their thinking and point of view and using the experience to guide the team to meet their expectations.

  • Manage the business and delegate responsibilities while maintaining control through metrics.

  • Implement governance structures to manage Service portfolio Performance meeting KPI on Cost, Quality, TAT, CSAT index, Account receivables.

  • Actively participate in the budget planning exercise and anticipate future requirements.

  • Experience in managing geographically spread teams that work in tandem.

  • Proven analytical skills, highly self-motivated, exceptional organizational skills, and flexibility in managing several tasks concurrently.

  • Problem-solving mentality, with strong decision-making skills, sound judgment, and assertiveness.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations confidently to large groups.

  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Supervision Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to lead teams and have associated people management / performance management responsibilities.

  • Act as counselor/ mentor for the managers.

  • Responsible for skill development of the team.

  • Acts as change agent for new business processes and procedures in the domain

Education:

  • Post Graduate/ MBA ideally with additional relevant certifications

Experience:

  • Approximately 18 to 24 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in business development and business relations.

  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • A strong track record of successful delivery and benefits realization.

  • Experience in managing P&L.

  • Experience in managing operations of the team.

  • Proven skills in people development and creating high-performing teams.

  • Strong experience maintaining customer relationships and managing customer expectations

  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning methods and current knowledge of technology that can be used for improving learning.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments.

  • Proven influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management.

  • Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Willing to travel at a short notice.
