In this pivotal role, you will be part of the GSA Region Support Team which is recognised as an integral enabler to the growth of business.

The Opportunity:

Global DeliveryServices (GDS) Markets Operations team provides operational and decision-makingsupport to the Business Development leadership and to various Global Marketsfunctions.

Our diverse teams specializein coordinating Business Development (BD) activities, supporting Go-to-Marketprojects and providing operational support to the Markets organization. Theteam is spread across multiple locations around the globe.

As part of the Market Operations, GSA Region Support Team, the Analyst would have to handle multiple responsibilities like Project Management, Reporting & Analysis, Delivery management, Client relationship management etc. The role requires a comparable work experience, strong skills, work ethic and attention to detail for as the team has a high focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role also requires effective communication skills including communication over emails and Skype, aiming to support the business and its leaders, especially Partners and Senior Management, through reporting, data analysis and providing insights.

YourKey Responsibilities

  • Research based project toidentify the flow of trade between GSA and other regions (13 regions). We weresupposed to conduct research on 13 regions on both inbound and outbound entities(Outbound: GSA HQ companies which have subsidiaries in the potential regions;Inbound: Region HQ companies which have subsidiaries in GSA)

  • Important aspects to beresearched: Sales (Global vs Regional sales), Employees (Global vs Regional)and Consulting Fees (EY vs Worldwide) were the key parameters that weresupposed to be researched. This analysis would be leveraged by the Trade flowteam as part of the revenue planning exercise.

  • Aware about the variousinternal EY tools like -

  • Company Infogator- To procurethe legal structure of the entity

  • One Source: To procure revenuesand employees of an entity

  • Other reporting on KPIs-Revenue, S&P, Engagement and should have an understanding about theconcepts around HQ and inbound entities

  • Aware and worked on preparingcompany profiles

  • Should be able to read theannual reports to procure some specific information around thecompanies/entities

Skills& attributes for success:

  • Project coordination – Capableof engaging in effectively multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectivesof their programs/initiatives

  • Project Management – Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools

  • Excellent reporting andanalytical skills – Previous experience and proven ability to read, understandand sanitize the data, build reports/dashboards and provide insights from thedata, capable of identifying probable areas of automation and implementing them

  • Presentation and facilitationskills - Ability to drive meetings, build presentations that interpret thedata, creating valuable business insights and delivering the message to thestakeholders

  • Work under minimaldirection/supervision - Be accountable for projects assigned, take completeownership and drive projects end to end
