Job Specification

  • Work closely with the regional Alumni Managers to research and obtain Alumni data, make manual updates in portal and other adhoc activities. Use interpersonal relations to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and gain command of functional business. Ensure optimal utilization, CSAT, time saving ideas and necessary training, as appropriate. Must be open to work in fixed shifts.

Deliverables and processes include:

  • Alumni Portal Management - End to End Portal Management, content updates, reporting & job postings

  • Managing Inbox communications

  • Alumni at Account Reports - Reporting for alumni at specific accounts, identify & align.

  • Event Metrics Support - Event Expense reporting, performance reporting & communications

  • Data reporting - Quarter statistics of alumni usage reporting, Google Analytics of portal trend & several types of reports

  • Communication – Content management, participate in stakeholder calls, newsletters & sites management

  • Alumni Research - Identify EY alumni at accounts through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Team link connections), Boardex research etc.

  • Help to prepare documents, presentations and dashboards for meetings – including, documenting processes and providing quantitative and qualitative inputs where required

  • Mentor junior staff and provide guidance

  • Provide inputs for standardization, BOTs improvement & automation

  • Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)

Experience and qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post-graduate [MBA preferred] with 6 to 10 years work experience in a multi-national company having exposure to business process management (BPM), management consulting and/or some corporate strategy.

Mandatory skills & attributes:

  • Strategic thinking - Identifying risk/opportunity areas and highlighting them, thinking ahead of the curve, ability to forecast outcomes to a situation & suggest appropriate solutions.

  • Project coordination - Project coordination skills

  • Minimal direction/supervision - Being accountable for projects assigned, take complete ownership and drive projects end to end

  • Presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to drive meetings, interpret data, create and deliver the message

  • Multi-tasking capability - Effective time management and prioritization

  • Excellent Communication - Listening, reading, writing & speaking skills

  • MS Office skills: Expert level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint.

  • Excel – create pivot tables, V-look up filtering, conditional formatting, validation etc.

  • PowerPoint – insert shapes, fills, shape alignment, text justification, text margins etc.

  • High degree of professionalism and integrity

Desired skills

  • Familiarity with Alumni programs and it’s functioning is plus point

  • Reporting and Analytical skills - Ability to understand and sanitize the data, build reports/dashboards from data, automate reports

  • Collaborate virtually (with geographically disbursed stakeholders)

  • Content management – Familiar with maintenance of sites, newsletter, surveys, Vnext etc.

  • Experience working with Business leaders/leadership groups

  • Strong interpersonal skills - Confidence, maturity & ability to build strong client relationships

  • Proactive – To provide suggestions and solutions, generating ideas, learning and upskilling, identifying opportunities to expand scope

  • Quick learner - Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span

  • Attention to detail - Making sure the deliverables are error free, giving utmost importance to detailing, formatting & following EY prescribed guidelines.
