As a part of a team, you will act as a business analyst and project coordinator who provide consistent, high quality services to key individual stakeholders. You will be responsible for analysing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and making change happen for our Nordic organization. As our new team member, you will:

  • Interacts with business stakeholders and evaluate business and operating models, processes and operations to gather, understand and analyse business requirements.

  • Translate these requirements in new optimized solutions and coordinate the execution of the solutions by using project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Analyse the outcomes of newly implemented solutions to verify they are meeting business requirements.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrates an understanding of business models, needs, opportunities, processes and requirements, including how they can be analysed, gathered and/or interpreted

  • Experience in coordinating tasks between various teams.

  • Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills, would be required to support a PM on the following tasks;

  • Basic Coordination of project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates

  • Support PM with the project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule.

  • Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of corporate experience with experience in project coordination

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Demonstrate an eye for detail
