Position title: Lead Executive - Recruitment, Talent Team

Position

The incumbent will be responsible for the recruitment for one or more Service lines at GDN India.The incumbent is required to be face of HR for the allocated Service Line for all new resource requirements. It is a recruitment role where incumbent is expected to take ownership to execute various hiring mandates.

This entails developing strong business relationships with business and developing, implementing and overseeing the proactive administration of various employee services, all while vigorously promoting diversity.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Your client responsibilities:

  • Handling Volume/lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines

  • Vendor Management, Invoice Processing

  • Handling Recruitment MIS, Preparing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards

  • Managing the internal referral scheme for his/her SL

Your people responsibilities

Qualification

  • A proven track record with excellent academic background preferably a Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed Institute.

  • Should come with at least 5-6 years of experience inhiring/recruitment, preferably in KPO industry

  • The incumbent should have experience in cross industry hiring

  • Experience in overall Talent Acquisition activities

  • Proven record in conversions of 100-150 in a year (PG level)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills.

  • Hands on Experience on MS Office (Mainly Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

  • Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer in a similar role, good communicator, team player and interpersonal skill.

  • A self-driven & self-motivated personality who should have an ability to coordinate with delivery Heads, peer groups and vendors on need basis. Candidates should have a strong inclination to take on additional responsibilities and ensure delivery with high level of commitment.

  • Performs day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives.
