- CA / ACCA / CFA Charter holder or MBA – Finance from a reputed top tier B-School shall also be considered
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Three to four years of relevant experience
Skills and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge on RHC Valuation concepts:
Hands-on experience in executing and reviewing core valuation engagements covering real estate, hospitality and construction sector.
Sector and market expertise (Middle East and North Africa) would be an advantage.
Well versed with valuation concepts and best practices.
Competent and thorough in accounting and regulated related requirements, concepts and standards from valuation aspect.
Working knowledge in Analytical tools (Argus, Spot fire, Alteryx etc.) is an added advantage
Delivery of real estate advisory services including preparation of feasibility studies, destination strategy, tourism product development (leisure and entertainment), growth/expansion/entry strategies, highest-and-best use analysis and comparable/benchmarking analysis.
Financial analysis experience with the ability to link operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
Analysing a companys historic/current financial situation as well as preparing slides based on the analysis or insights perceived from the financial statement or business model.
Should be able to co-ordinate and accomplish multiple projects, including planning, scoping of the requirement, assisting with data collection/ analysis; and business writing and disseminating research results based on the type of project.
Proactively engage with customer/stakeholders to Identify, build and develop new opportunities.
Adherence of all process compliance as well as timely reporting of facts & figures.
Good business sense, logical reasoning and should be to conceptualize project storyboard.
Experienced in presenting and writing findings clearly in reports and other deliverables to clients
Should have presentation & business writing skills as well as good excel knowledge.
