Job Summary:

Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service function providing HR support services including Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Learning Administration and Performance Management support services to the country, region and global Talent teams. These services are delivered from our network of Global Delivery Services centers in China, India, Philippines and Poland and from our onshore centers in Australia, Canada, Netherlands, South Africa, United Kingdom and United States.

The Process Analyst role supports the Senior Process Analyst or Process Manager in design, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Talent Shared Services processes including enabling technology and KPIs. The preparation and maintenance of work instructions supporting TSS service delivery operations are a fundamental function of this role. With a good operational knowledge of the TSS process, the Process Analyst also supports transition/alignment projects in the TSS organization. Additionally, this position delivers global operations support services to TSS Service Delivery teams.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Develop and maintain operational knowledge for assigned function(s) including the process model, operating procedures, enabling technology and supporting KPIs for Talent Shared Services operations

  • Support Talent Shared Services Process Lead or Manager in process design including enabling technology as appropriate for Talent Shared Services operations

  • Think creatively and provide innovative suggestions to improve service delivery cost, controls, effectiveness and/or efficiency

  • Support implementation of continuous improvement opportunities in current processes and enabling technology

  • Support sharing of best practices across centers in service delivery network

  • Create and update work instructions under the direction and guidance of the Talent Shared Services Senior Process Analyst or Manager in accordance with agreed protocols and expected levels of consistency and quality

  • Deliver global operations support services (such as creating shared mailboxes, reviewing CRs, UAT testing, etc.)

  • Build and maintain relationships with appropriate TSS Service Delivery teams, HR Process teams and others as appropriate

  • Support Talent Shared Services Process Lead or Manager in execution of their responsibilities

  • Support process related activities in transition/alignment projects in TSS centers partnering with TSS Service Delivery teams, HR Process Team/Project Managers as assigned

  • Support service delivery operations as needed

  • Handle special projects/requests on an ad hoc basis
