EY GDS BPM – Consulting – Senior
As part of our EY GDS BPM team, you will help clients develop their digital process automation platform. You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega development platform. The global client base spans across industries.
We’re looking for Senior Developer/Tech Lead with excellent technical skill in Pega to join our EY GDS BPM Team . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
Your key responsibilities
Design, Developmentof quality product
Building Assets andAccelerators than can be leveraged across other projects
Support businessdevelopment activities by providing technical support to the LSA or Deliverylead
Demonstrate coreconsulting skills and advanced level of BPM solutions knowledge to supportdelivery to the clients
Actively participatein Automation and Innovation drive within or outside of Pega practice
Contribute indevelopment of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
Skills and attributes for success
Experience of leadinga scrum team and responsible for technical delivery
Exposure to standard Pega frameworkssuch as Customer Service (CPM), Next-Best-Action (NBA), Integration withProject management, Know Your Customer (KYC), Smart Dispute/ Smart Adjust, andany other relevant frameworks applicable to the Financial Services industry.
Sound knowledge on DCO (Direct CaptureObjectives), Case Manager Portal and all integration aspects in a standard PRPCenvironment.
Good understanding of Pega UI(Omni-Channel UX™) development.
Possess strong experience in deliveringprojects using Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of deliveringquality deliverables in/ on time and working in a team.
Good understanding of relationaldatabase and hands-on experience in PL/SQL.
Must have excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
BE/B.Tech OR MCA
6-9 years of work experience in Pega BPM.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) would get additional preference.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience driving asset and innovation.
Exposure to Pega DSM and Next Based Action.
