You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support and assistance to staffs and/or managers. The tasks involved include telephone support, voice-mail management, document production, handling of outgoing and incoming correspondence, e-mail management, agenda management, meeting and event organization, travel arrangements, assistance with various client administration matters, file maintenance, research work and assistance with clients.
Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
