The opportunity
The Service Line Learning Leader will act as a change agent and role model in support of leading-edge learning, development and leadership practice. You’ll be responsible to drive and deliver quality services and solutions to the business.
Your key responsibilities
As a Service Line Learning Leader, you will be responsible for:
Learning Strategic Planning – oversight of key stakeholder relationships (internal and external), validate business priorities, and provide oversight of end-to-end Country learning processes driving process efficiency and consistency
Working with regional teams to facilitate the identification of high impact experiences to accelerate the development of the talent in country
Work closely with regional program managers on any curriculum design or development requests as needed
Budgeting – Working with Regional Enablement team for the development and deployment of the country learning plan and budget, ensuring accurate monitoring of plan and actual activities
Ensure adoption of mandated Global, Regional and local learning curriculums and accommodate any business-related requirements as needed
Provide necessary support during regulatory inspection for Assurance
Facilitate selected learning programs including but not limited to – Welcome to EY (Onboarding), Counseling Excellence and New Senior Program
Supporting other ad-hoc projects and regional assignments as deemed needed.

To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 6 - 8 years of significant experience of working in HR in a professional services firm or MNC environment reporting into a regional or matrix structure
Experience with learning preferred but not mandatory
