As the Personal Assistant to APAC Leader, you are tasked to provide secretarial and administrative support and assistance which includes effective diary and calendar management, manage outgoing and incoming correspondences, organize meetings and events, make travel arrangements and other administrative supports. Other than that, you are also responsible to:
Facilitate facilities,logistics and catering management for internal and external meetings
Prioritise correspondences andmeeting requests
Prepare materials anddocumentations required for internal and external meetings
Effective request management andtimely follow ups
Skillsand attributes for success
Strongorganizational and time management skills
Acquiregood problem solving and analytical skills
Highintegrity whilst handling confidential matters
Advancewritten and verbal communication skills
Dedicated,innovative, resourceful and able to work under pressure
Fosteran efficient and team-oriented work environment
Toqualify for the role you must have
A graduate and/orcertification in secretarial qualification
Ten years of experience insecretarial capacity
Ideally,you’ll also have
Experience as personalassistant or secretary to the “C” suite
Experience working in aprofessional services environment
