The opportunity

You will be part of Malaysia’s Consulting Resourcing team. Resourcing provides the firm with the right people, for the right projects, at the right time, at the right place, using a commercial mindset to deliver quality solutions. You’ll build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our complex business. Understanding our business issues are imperatives and identifying and implementing resourcing solutions will stretch your horizons. Your key responsibilities

As a Resource Management Personnel, you are responsible for connecting people to the experiences which enrich the careers of our Consulting professionals. Your responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to the followings:

  • Business Partnering – strategically partner with our leaders andstakeholders to drive performance for key metrics ( Forecast, utilisation variance, etc.)

  • Resource Management – maximise utilization by connecting our cohorts tothe right networks or career experiences, increasing cross-team resourcesharing and usag of our global support teams and minimize the need forcontractors

  • Bench Management – proactively support and deploy our available staff assoon as possible to client-facing or business development engagements to ensureon the job learning wherever possible

  • Forecast Management – ubiquitous and accurate use of key enablers anddata quality to ensure a reliable Consulting wide forecast and reduce variances

  • Opportunity and Demand management – ensure seamless connectivitybetween pursuit teams and our available talent. Strategic understanding offuture capability needs and proactively addressing gaps

  • Change leadership and management - drive behavior change and holdourselves and others accountable to optimize business performance and employeeengagement

  • Data Insights to drive change – use our data, tools and systems torecognize and understand XM trends, create insights and develop recommendationsfor our leaders

  • Agile and Continuous improvement – support and engage in agile andinnovative ways of working to drive creative solutions to our business’schallenges. Drive adoption of enablers and new tools, and reward the rightbehaviors

  • Prioritize and manage - competing stakeholder interests anddeadlines to ensure delivery of core XM business partnering

To qualify for the roleyou must have

  • A graduate qualification

  • 4 years of experience with talent development, resource managementand/or supply & demand management within professional services or B2Benvironments

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in sizeableorganisations

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience working with senior level management

  • Experience in using Power BI and RPA dashboards as enablers tosupport resourcing transformation
