Do you want to change the World?

Do you want to disrupt financial services?

Do you want to work within a start-up culture within a global company?

Do you thrive with ambiguity?

The business problems our clients are facing today are not the same problems they have faced in the past. The rapid pace of development in AI and the technology that enables it has created an urgent need to innovate and adapt to the new global business paradigm.

The AI COE Initiative has evolved from the Data and Analytics team at EY as a cross-service team aimed at transforming EY AI-enabled offerings helping clients navigate the changing landscape. The vision is clear – the AI COE seeks to become the ‘Deepmind’ for Financial Services, embedding knowledge and expertise into AI algorithms which will disrupt the market.

By investing in cutting edge research in collaboration with academia and tech partnerships to develop an innovation pipeline. AI COE will develop AI-enabled solutions with clients that will transform the current service offerings. The AI labs will enhance our AI-enabled offerings by centralising our talent and investments rather than replace our existing AI capability.

EY is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit (“FSO”) that is dedicated to the financial services marketplace.
